Shop Tucson with Francesca!

Join Francesca for a three-day shopping trip at the Tucson Gem Shows 2024! Thanks to special arrangements with show organizers, we've obtained a limited number of student badges for shows requiring pre-registration, so you can join us even if you don't have a business or sales tax license! This subscribers-only opportunity is not meant to be the be-all, end-all of your Tucson experience, but over the course of three days, Francesca will introduce you to some of the shows and vendors she shops every year. The specifics of the schedule are still being finalized, but will include the following:

• Holidome and the G&LW Gem Mall
• 22nd Street Show
• Pueblo Show (and Greg Genovese!)
• JOGS
• A private shopping opportunity with John Heusler

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

As students of The Makery, you'll be provided badges for the shows that require pre-registration and/or business information. (That means you can shop these shows even if you don't have the necessary business documents to register independently!) You'll meet Francesca at each of the shows on a schedule that we'll send to you, and she'll steer you to the vendors she knows and trusts. All of the shows have food trucks or food courts, and we'll build time for breaks and free shopping into the day.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:

• We'll send you a specific schedule, along with meeting times and locations for each day, about two weeks before hand. You're responsible for your own transportation to and from the shows (including parking fees) and all meals. Badges are not transferrable, which means the registration fee is non-refundable.
• We DO NOT recommend making this opportunity your only reason to go to the Tucson Gem Shows. In the unlikely event Francesca has to cancel, she does not want to feel responsible for the expense of your trip. This is something you should consider only if you were already planning to attend the shows.
