Refund policy
WORKSHOPS
No refunds will be given for any workshop payment or deposit so please make your registration selections carefully. However, we understand sometimes things come up that make it impossible for you to attend a workshop. In the event you have to cancel your attendance at one of our workshops, we will hold your workshop fee or deposit for six months, to be applied to another workshop of your choice, provided we have been given 30 days prior notice and we are able to fill your spot with another student.
Although we hate canceling or rescheduling workshops, it is sometimes necessary and unavoidable. In the rare event the studio makes that difficult decision, registered students will be offered the option of transferring their workshop fee to another workshop or receiving a full refund.
TOOLS AND PRODUCTS
Refunds for tools and products may be requested within 10 days of receipt of the item. All items must be returned to us in unused condition, in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us at info@makeryarts.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Refunds will not be made until your return is received and inspected. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days of our receipt of the return. You will receive an email from us confirming that the refund has been processed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we notified you of your refund, please contact us at info@makeryarts.com.
